Ingredients of Egg Noodles:


4 Servings


• 250 grams boiled fresh noodles

• 1 cup chopped, grated cabbage

• 1 cup chopped onions

• 2 teaspoons ground black pepper

• 2 tablespoons sunflower oil

• 3 teaspoons garlic paste

• 1 cup finely chopped beans

• 3 eggs

• 1 cup grated carrots

• 7 chopped green chilies

• Salt as required

• 3 tsp ginger paste

• 1 tsp Ajinomoto

• 2 tbsp soy sauce


To Decorate Egg Noodles:


• 1 handful chopped coriander


How to make Egg Noodles?


Step 1- Boil the noodles


To make this easy recipe, first, boil the noodles. Once done, drain off the extra water and keep it aside. Meanwhile, heat a pan on medium heat.


When the oil is hot enough, add ginger-garlic paste and fry for some time. If you want to make it more delicious, then add some finely chopped green chilies to it. You can also use chilies soaked in vinegar.


Step 2- Toss the Vegetables and Cook the Eggs


Then in the same pan add onions, beans, and green chilies and fry for a minute or two. Add carrots, cabbage, salt, pepper powder, soy sauce, and Ajinomoto. Fry the ingredients while stirring for some time.


Once done, add the boiled noodles and break the egg into the pan. Mix well and cook for a few minutes. If you like the smoky flavor, then stir the vegetable mixture on a high flame.


Step 3- Garnish and Enjoy the Goodness
