Ingredients for making Egg Bhurji


• Eggs - 2

• Tomatoes - 2

• Turmeric - 1/2 tsp

• Garam masala powder - 1 tsp

• Salt as needed

• Oil - 2 tsp

• Onion - 1

• Green Chilies - 1

• Red Chili Powder - 1 tsp

• Amchoor powder - 1 tsp

• Cilantro - 2 tsp

• Cumin seeds - 1/4 tsp


How to make Egg Yolk


Step-1

Heat oil in a pan. When hot, add cumin seeds and saute well. Now add chopped green chillies and onions. Fry onion till light brown.


Step - 2

Now add chopped tomatoes and salt. Add turmeric powder, red chili powder, amchoor powder and garam masala. Cover and cook for 5 minutes.


Step-3

Beat two eggs in a bowl and beat well. Add this mixture to the prepared spices. Keep the flame medium and let it simmer for a minute. Now use a spatula and mix well. Keep mixing until egg pieces are ready. Cook for another two minutes.


Step-4

Now put cilantro on the bhurji and serve hot.
